Waz'Up School Notices

This application was designed to help manage and disseminate your school notices. Enough of the sales patter, let's start looking at the features:

Access

With your school notices now organised and arranged online staff will have no excuses for getting their notices in on time. Access from school, from home, and of course from their web enabled phones

Classification

Notices can be classified, for example into Academic, Performing Arts, Sports, etc.

Notices can also be flagged as valid for particular year levels

Notices can also be classified as 'Staff only'

Paper optional

Waz'Up comes with an email option, so your school notices can be automatically emailed to staff at a specific time each school day morning. This allows for a later cut-off time, faster delivery across a larger campus, and uses less paper

So there are three methods of delivery: Paper, Email or from the web via a URL

Validity and Recall

Notices can be entered for any date in the future.

Notices by default will be registered for a particular day, however staff can easily specify the notice to be valid for any length of time, allowing them to plan years in advance.

Waz'Up also includes a search facility to locate old notices and reschedule them
